Transplant Australia is a vital charity that promotes organ and tissue donation and helps recipients live their best possible life after transplant. They support transplant recipients and their families, people on the waiting list, donor families, living donors, healthcare professionals and everyone touched by organ and tissue donation.

The Transplant Australia Football Club promotes physical activity, connection and mental wellbeing within the transplant community. It supports recipients in their recovery while honouring the donors who made their second chance at life possible.

I am a passionate advocate for organ and tissue donation and a living kidney donor to my son when he was just 15 months old. I hope every person waiting for a transplant is given that same second chance.

Funds raised will help Transplant Australia send a team to the Transplant Football World Cup in Germany this September and expand soccer programs for transplanted children, women and men across Australia.

Donations will be eligible for matching from the Macquarie Group Foundation according to its Non-Profit Support Policy
